As a product manager, VP of product development, and general manager, Mr. Faulise has experienced numerous product cycles. Most have been successful, but some have not and there are important lessons in each. He understands speed to market, fast iteration from a minimum-viable-product, and relentless optimization based on observations of actual user interactions. His strong technical background enables him to evaluate technologies and communicate directly with developers in their own language.
Mr. Faulise has extensive experience in direct-response acquisition marketing as well as user engagement and retention campaign management. He has managed countless creative and copy optimization cycles for landing pages, emails, texts, and social campaigns. He has planned and executed PPC and CPA campaigns from strategy to operations to analysis.
As a business manager, Mr. Faulise has led multiple start-ups, managed explosive growth, and executed successful turnarounds. His MBA and engineering training give him exceptional strength in financial and operations modeling, data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Above all, Mr. Faulise is a strong communicator. He is able to inspire excellence and explain the need for change, but more importantly to listen and elicit the deep intelligence that is always present but often hidden within teams.
Mr. Faulise earned a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering and computer science at Princeton University, a masters in electrical engineering at Rice University, and an MBA with a focus on marketing at Duke University.
