Triple Digit Media is a boutique digital and mobile product agency.

Product Strategy

We ensure your product strategy aligns with your business strategy, your market opportunities, and your resources.  TDM prioritizes product objectives to deliver the maximum benefit in the context of time, resource, or capability constraints.  In addition, we can translate strategy into roadmaps and specifications to guide development efforts.

Product Delivery

Every business is either time, resource, or staff constrained.  For businesses with defined initiatives but insufficient resources to complete them, TDM can take on full product management and development responsibilities: writing specs, bringing on development staff, and managing the full agile development cycle, including integration with existing back-end systems.

Product Marketing

Triple Digit Media helps clients articulate and size market opportunities, research customer needs, and define go-to-market channels and messaging.  For post-launch products, TDM has expertise in user acquisition, conversion optimization, engagement, retention, monetization, and marketing analytics.

Recent Engagements

Interim CTO – Sports Video App Start-up

This client’s founding team were subject matter experts in youth and high-level college sports, but did not have technology or product management expertise.  They had engaged an off-shore software development team, but sprints were based on verbal discussion of objectives.  There were no written specifications, progress was hard to document, and misunderstandings were frequent.

Triple Digit Media joined the project with Mr. Faulise acting as interim CTO and head of product.  We replaced the software team, established a more structured sprint planning system, introduced a product road-map, and began generating specifications both to ensure clear communication of product objectives as well as to have a benchmark to measure progress.  Progress on the company’s app accelerated, technology spend was cut in half, and the company became much more effective at gaining market traction.

Interim CTO, TableTribes – IRL Meeting Coordination Mobile-Web App

The founder of this company had a concept for a product but needed development support.  As interim CTO, Mr. Faulise took responsibility for defining the product road-map, defining the product architecture and infrastructure, and for leading a distributed development team.

Because the start-up had limited resources, it was vital to prioritize features and focus on a true Minimum Viable Product. Mr. Faulise identified functionality that was absolutely essential and led the build-out of those features while building-in the foundation for foreseeable extensions to minimize future rework costs.

TableTribes is currently going through a series of live trials with sponsors and event partners.

Anthony Faulise leads all Triple Digit client engagements, bringing personal stewardship and over 20 years of hands-on experience with dozens of digital and mobile product development cycles to each engagement.

As a strategist and product owner, Mr. Faulise has been able to combine engaging product design with bottom-up economic models to ensure that desktop and mobile products keep users coming back for more and make money as they do. His product designs include:

  • PredictoMobile – an industry-leading content-focused cell-phone game
  • Grabaroo – an innovative declining-price discount auction site
  • PLAAY – an automated sports-highlight video creation platform based on Artificial-Intelligence
  • TableTribes – an IRL meeting coordination mobile web app
  • ReactiveSearch – an back-end engine for eCommerce catalog browsing based on product attributes
  • PanEx – an RTB marketplace used in the consumer research space

As a product manager, VP of product development, and general manager, Mr. Faulise has experienced numerous product cycles. Most have been successful, but some have not and there are important lessons in each. He understands speed to market, fast iteration from a minimum-viable-product, and relentless optimization based on observations of actual user interactions. His strong technical background enables him to evaluate technologies and communicate directly with developers in their own language.

Mr. Faulise has extensive experience in direct-response acquisition marketing as well as user engagement and retention campaign management. He has managed countless creative and copy optimization cycles for landing pages, emails, texts, and social campaigns. He has planned and executed PPC and CPA campaigns from strategy to operations to analysis.

As a business manager, Mr. Faulise has led multiple start-ups, managed explosive growth, and executed successful turnarounds. His MBA and engineering training give him exceptional strength in financial and operations modeling, data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Above all, Mr. Faulise is a strong communicator. He is able to inspire excellence and explain the need for change, but more importantly to listen and elicit the deep intelligence that is always present but often hidden within teams.

Mr. Faulise earned a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering and computer science at Princeton University, a masters in electrical engineering at Rice University, and an MBA with a focus on marketing at Duke University.
